How to Reload the Cookie Press
Follow the instructions below if you would like to reload the cylinder and immediately continue after you
finished one cylinder of dough.
1.
Grip the foldable handle with one hand and turn the cylinder until the arrow symbol on the
cylinder lines up with the arrow symbol on the motor unit. There are ribs around the cylinder to
prevent your hand from slipping.
2.
Remove the cylinder from the motor unit.
3.
Push the threaded rod back into the centre hole of the motor unit and go as far as it can (see
figure 2).
4.
Turn the cylinder end-cap anti-clockwise to unlock it from the cylinder.
5.
Reattach the cookie disc or nozzle as per the assembly instructions.
6.
Fill the cylinder with the soft cookie dough by spoon or spatula.
7.
Fit the two protrusions at the end of the cylinder into the two slots of the piston-plate.
8.
Align the arrow symbol on the cylinder with the arrow symbol on the motor unit.
Push and turn until the arrow symbol on the cylinder until it stops at the lock position. A "Click"

sound will be heard when the cylinder is securely locked. If this is not done correctly, the cookie
press will not operate properly. When fitting the cylinder onto the motor unit, you may hold the
cookie press horizontally (see figure 6).
10.
Plug the cookie press in to a power socket.
11.
The cookie press is now ready for use again.
