Holding the tips of the aluminium poles, fan the Evo XS

The solid bosses should be fitted to the

tip of each of the side poles. Each pole
should be fitted so that the bosses have
the pair of sockets facing towards the
front of the Evo XS. Picture shows the
boss fitted to the left hand pole with
sockets facing in correct position.
Taking the short centre pole, Tension the Evo XS and

front poles and placing downward pressure onto the boss, insert
the pole into the socket with the cut away. This is best done using
a light downward pressure on the boss, while lifting and inserting
the pole with the other hand.
