Changing self-diagnosis interval
A random interval (N days, at xx:xx o'clock) can be set at which the control unit automatically performs a self-test. The
backwater flap is opened and closed. The standard value corresponds to an SDS interval of 28 days at 8 o'clock.

Open the operating menu (5.5 5.6)

Set and save the self-diagnosis interval under menu item 3.1.1

Check the potential-free contact
(optional)

Make sure that the functional test has been carried out successfully without checking the potential-free contact
•
Produce the alarm statuses and in each case make sure that the signal is detected at the potential-free contact. Alarm
statuses: No mains voltage, level sensor has reported backwater

Activate SMS alerting

Optional, proceed as described in the instructions included with this accessory (Kessel TeleControl Modem).

Carrying out a functional check
•
Make sure that no error message is pending in the display
•
Open and close the backwater flap in manual mode (see 5.5.15.4.1
