Troubleshooting
If you experience any of the following difficulties, use this troubleshooting
guide to remedy the problem. Should the problem persist, contact the AIBO
Customer Link (page 6).
Symptom
The AIBO icon in the
display panel flashes
when you press a button
on the station.
The display panel does
not light up even when
AIBO is on the station.
All of the charging level
bars of AIBO icon flash
simultaneously.
Charging does not end./
All of the charging level
bars of the SUB BATT
indicator flash
simultaneously.

Cause/Remedy
AIBO is not placed on the station correctly.
c Place AIBO on the station correctly (page 16).
The connection between the station, AC adapter,
and the wall outlet is not correct.
c Reconnect these items properly (page 15).
The battery pack is not inserted into AIBO.
c Insert the battery pack and place AIBO on the
station (page 16).
The battery pack may be defective.
c Replace it with a new one (page 17).
The battery pack may be defective.
c Replace it with a new one (page 19).
