Die Sicherheitsbausteine, zum Einsatz in Sicherheitsstromkreisen,
sind für den Einbau in Schaltschränken vorgesehen. Sie dienen der
sicheren Auswertung der Signale von zwangsöffnenden Positions-
schaltern für Sicherheitsfunktionen oder magnetischen Sicherheits-
Sensoren an seitlich verschiebbaren, drehbaren und abnehmbaren
Schutzeinrichtungen sowie NOT-AUS-Befehlsgeräten. Die Sicher-
heitsbausteine erfüllen die Anforderungen nach EN 954-1:
Steuerungskategorie 3 und PDF M nach EN 60947-5-3.
Aufbau
Die Sicherheitsbausteine sind zweikanalig aufgebaut. Sie enthalten
zwei Sicherheitsrelais mit überwachten zwangsgeführten Kontakten.
Die in Reihe geschalteten Schließer-Kontakte der Relais bilden die
Freigabepfade.

The safety monitoring modules, intended for use in safety interlock
applications, provide positive evaluation of the signal from limit
switches with positive break or from magnetic safety sensors at
sliding, hinged and removable safety guards and from emergency
stop devices which are installed in safety functions. The safety
monitoring modules are designed for installation in switchgear
cabinets. The safety monitoring modules conforms to the EN 954-1:
Control Category 3 and PDF M to EN 60947-5-3.
Design
The safety monitoring modules are of a dual-channel design. They
incorporate two relays with monitored, positive-guided contacts.
The NO contacts of the relays, wired in series, form the enabling
paths (relay outputs).

Destination et usage

Le module de sécurité, destiné à être incorporé dans des circuits de
sécurité, se monte en armoire ou tableau. Il permet d'exploiter de
manière sûre les signaux provenant de détecteurs de position
manœuvre positive d'ouverture per fonction de sécurité ou de cap-
teurs de sécurité magnétiques montés sur des protecteurs coulis-
sants, pivotants et amovibles, et aussi ceux provenant de dispositifs
de commande d'arrêt d'urgence. Le module de sécurité répond aux
exigences de la norme EN 954-1, catégorie de commande 3 et
PDF M selon EN 60947-5-3.
Conception
Le module de sécurité possède une structure à deux voies. Il conti-
ent deux relais de sécurité équipés de contacts à guidage forcé. Les
contacts de relais en série forment le circuit de validation.
