USE OF THE BATTERY AND CHARGER
When the charger is plugged into an electrical outlet, you can use the LED light to
guide you to the battery's state of charge:
Charger LED light
The red LED light indicates that the
battery is low and will start charging.
The green LED light will turn on when the
battery is fully charged.
IMPORTANT!
Before any charging you must switch off
your bike completely (including the display).
Always connect the charger to your bike
before connecting it to the power supply,
otherwise you may damage the battery
charger and the battery will become
unusable.
The correct order for connecting the battery to the mains is always to connect the
charger to the battery first and then to the mains, otherwise a short-circuit may occur
and render components of the E-BIKE unusable.Use only the original charger and
lithium battery supplied with the bicycle. Other types of chargers or batteries can
cause serious injury or irreversible damage to the bicycle.
If the charger is damaged or no longer charges, contact the shop where you
purchased the bike. Never open the battery yourself, as this may not only void the
warranty, but may also cause serious injury.
Use the original battery only indoors or outdoors in dry conditions and never in
damp, wet or rainy environments. Do not use the battery in very hot environments as
this may cause the battery to stop working or even cause serious injury or damage
to the bicycle.
