Troubleshooting
Repair of your machine should be carried out by an authorised service company. If your
machine requires repair or if you cannot solve an issue with the information provided below,
then you should:
• Unplug your machine from the mains power supply.
• Turn off the water supply.

• Inlet filter clogged.
• The machine door is not
completely closed.
• Drain hose clogged or
twisted.
• Pump filter clogged.
• Laundry is too tighly
packed together in the
drum.

Troubleshooting
• Plug machine in.
• Replace the fuses.
• Check mains power.
• Press the Start/Pause
button.
• Turn the programme dial
to the desired position.
• Close the machine door.
• Turn tap on.
• Check water inlet hose
and untwist.
• Clean water inlet hose
filters. (*)
• Clean the inlet filters. (*)
• Close the machine door.
• Check the drain hose,
then either clean or untwist.
• Clean the pump filter. (*)
• Spread your laundry in the
machine evenly.
