g) Formatting the SD card
1. Press MENU on the camera to open the main menu, press DOWN to move to the Format option, then press OK to enter
the Format menu.
2. Choose No or Yes by using UP or DOWN.
3. Select No and press OK to abort the operation and return to main menu.
4. Select YES and press OK: the camera will format SD card.
• NOTE: the original file content in the SD card will be removed after the formatting operation. Please ensure the
content of SD card has been backed up before this operation!
h) Date and Time setting
1. Press MENU on the camera to open the main menu, press DOWN to select the Date & Time option, then press OK to
enter the Date & Time menu.
2. Press OK to switch and select the items that need to be adjusted (such as the date).
3. When the item to be adjusted is red, press UP and DOWN: the red one indicates that you can adjust the value of se-
lected item.
4. After adjustment, press MENU on the camera to save changes and return to the main menu.
i) Image size setting (size of image in recording)
1. Press MENU on the camera to open the main menu, press DOWN to select the Movie Size option, then press OK to
enter the Movie Size menu.
2. Select required size by using UP and DOWN, press OK to save and return to the main menu.
