    2.0 INTRODUCTION The OPTIKA zoom stereo microscopes SZM series are high performance Greenough microscopes with con- tinuous zoom system 0.7:4.5. These instruments are made for examining any three dimensional object in industrial, biological and educa- tional applications. They are equipped with two separate optical systems that give an excellent field depth to the image, a stereoscopic effect.

    4.0 USING THE MICROSCOPE Illumination system The SZM-1 and SZM-2 come with an integrated illumination system with incident and transmitted light. For the microscopes without integrated illumination systems it is possible to use an external cold light source. By using the correct light is possible obtain the better image of your sample.

Ces instruments sont désignés pour examiner tout objet en trois dimensions dans les applications industriel- les, biologiques et didactiques.

    4.0 UTILISATION DU MICROSCOPE Système d’illumination Le SZM-1 et SZM-2 sont dôtés d’un système d’illumination intégré avec lumière incidente et transmi- se. Pour les microscopes sans système d’illumination intégré il est possible d’utiliser une source de lumière froide externe. Utilisant la lumière correcte il est possible d’obtenir une meilleure image de votre échantillon.

    4.0 UTILISATION DU MICROSCOPE Acquisition photo/vidéo (facultative) La série SZM est disponible en têtes d’observation binoculaire et trinoculaire. Il est possible de les connecter à une caméra ou à un appareil photo en utilisant un adaptateur pour la câpture d’image vidéo et pour l’acquisition de photographies numériques et analogiques .

  • Page 23 2.0 INTRODUZIONE Gli stereomicroscopi OPTIKA della serie SZM sono composti da stereomicroscopi Greenough dalle eccellenti prestazioni dotati di obiettivo a zoom ad ingrandimento continuo da 0,7 a 4,5. L’ingrandimento totale varia da 1,75x a 180x in funzione degli oculari e degli obiettivi addizionali utilizzati. I microscopi SZM sono particolar- mente indicati per lo studio in tre dimensioni di oggetti di grandi dimensioni per applicazioni di tipo industriale, per la ricerca biologica e per la didattica.
  • Page 24 4.0 ALLINEAMENTO E UTILIZZO DEL MICROSCOPIO Sistema d’illuminazione I modelli SZM-1 e SZM-2 sono forniti di un sistema integrato di illuminazione con luce incidente e trasmessa. Per i microscopi senza illuminazione integrata è possibile utilizzare una sorgente di luce fredda esterna. Utilizzando la corretta illuminazione è possibile ottenere l’immagine migliore del vo- stro campione.
  • Page 25 4.0 ALLINEAMENTO E UTILIZZO DEL MICROSCOPIO Tubo trinoculare per SZM Il tubo trinoculare è identico a quello binoculare per quanto riguarda la regolazione della distanza interpupillare e il blocco dell’oculare. Tirando verso l’esterno la levetta di inserimento dell’uscita trino- culare, tutta la luce proveniente dall’oculare destro verrà deviata nel tubo per acquisizione foto per operazioni di foto- e videomicroscopia.

  • Page 33 4.0 ALINEACIÓN Y USO DEL MICROSCOPIO Sistema de iluminación Los modelos SZM-1 y SZM-2 están provistos de un sistema integrado de iluminación inciden- te y transmitida. En los microscopios sin iluminación integrada, es posible utilizar una fuen- te externa de luz fría. Utilizando la iluminación adecuada, se obtendrá una calidad superior de la imagen de la muestra.
  • Page 34 5.0 CONOCER EL MICROSCOPIO Ambiente de trabajo Se aconseja utilizar este microscopio en un ambiente limpio y seco; también se deben evitar los im- pactos. La temperatura de trabajo recomendada es de 0-40°C y la humedad relativa máxima es de 85 % (en ausencia de condensación).

    2.0 EINLEITUNG Die OPTIKA Stereomikroskope der SZM Serie bestehen aus Greenough Stereomikroskopen mit einem stu- fenlosen Zoomobjektiv von 0,7 bis 4,5 Vergrößerungen, die eine hervorragende Leistung anbieten. Die Ge- samtvergrößerung reicht von 1,75x bis 180x gemäß der Okulare und der Objektive, die verwendet werden.

    4.0 VERWENDUNG DES MIKROSKOPS Beleuchtung Die Mikroskope SZM-1 und SZM-2 verfügen über ein Beleuchtungssytem mit Auf- und Durchlicht. Für die Geräte ohne Beleuchtungssytem kann man eine Außenlichtquelle verwenden. Eine geeignete Beleuchtung erlaubt das beste Bild der Probe zu schaffen. Vor der Verwendung lesen Sie sorgfältig den Abschnitt 5.3 über die elektrischen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen.

    5.0 WARTUNG Arbeitsumfeld Arbeitsumfeldtemperatur zwischen 0° und 40°C Feuchtigkeit nicht über 85% (ohne Kondensation). Wenn nötig wird die Verwendung eines Luftent- feuchters empfohlen. 5.2 Vorsichtsmaßnahmen Wenn das Gerät bewegt wird, halten Sie es immer vertikal und achten Sie darauf, keine Teile (z.B. die Okulare) fallen zu lassen.

    Zur Verwendung mit Durchlicht. Nehmen Sie die mattierte Glasscheibe oder die Objektplatte weg und dann legen Sie den Kondensor auf das Durchlichtausgangsloch, um ein Dunkelfeld zu schaffen. Nur mit den SZM-1 und SZM-2 Geräten. Empfehlung für dieseBereiche: Goldschmiedekunst, Gemmologie, spezielle Anwendungen im bio medizinischen Feld wie embryonale Betrachtung und Färbung.
