Der Schnellkochtopf ist ein dicht verschließbarer Top, in dem während des Kochens
der Speisen der Druckzuwachs erfolgt. Das verursacht die schnelle Erhöhung der Temperatur
der Wasserkochens und Beschleunigung des Kochprozesses. Der Boden des Topfes nimmt
sofort schon die kleinste Menge der Energie, die gleichmäßig auf die ganze Fläche des Bodens
verteilt wird, auf. Solche Optimierung des Kochprozesses erlaubt Zeit und Energie zu sparen
und in der Speise die größte Menge der gesunden Bestandteile aufzubewahren.
