Instructions
Step 1 Fill a glass cup or beaker with 2 to 4 oz of
milk. For the best results, use cold, low-fat milk.
If you prefer, you can also use regular milk and/
or warm milk.
Step 2 Take the BODUM SCHIUMA Milk Whisk®
and place the tip of the whisk near the bottom
of the cup or glass beaker. Turn on the whisk,
and gently move it up and down until the milk
begins to foam. Once the foam begins to form,
keep the whisk on the surface of the milk. Whip
the milk for 25 to 30 seconds, or until the milk's
volume has doubled.
Step 3 If you started with cold milk, you can
microwave the milk in a microwave-safe
container for 20 to 30 seconds.
Step 4 Pour coffee in your cup, or if you've
used a glass beaker, use a spoon to scoop the
mousse onto your coffee.
You can use the SCHIUMA Milk Whisk to mix a
salad dressing or powdered drinks. To clean the
Whisk rinse the mouthpiece and the metal rod
with hot water and wipe it with a dry and clean
cloth. Do not submerge the part with the motor
in water. Do not put in dishwasher. Replace the
batteries when necessary with 2-AA batteries.
Replace the batteries with a similar set.
