Install #10 x 3/4" screws as shown to fasten the Roof Fascia

Barrette in respect of Vinyl Storage Buildings manufactured by it (hereinafter referred to as "Products") warrants to you the original purchaser of Products, that subject to the terms
and conditions herein contained, the Products are and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that result in warping, rotting, corroding, flaking, pealing, blistering, or
abnormal discoloration of surfaces. This warranty will remain in effect for a period of 10 years as long as you are the original purchaser of the Product and if the Product used in non-
commercial applications. All failures to Products covered by this warranty will be repaired, replaced or restored by Barrette in accordance with the terms and conditions of this war-
ranty. By acceptance and use of the Products, you agree with Barrette's liability, and replacement of the Products at Barrette's option, as provided herein.
Products which experience color change due to normal weathering are excluded from this warranty (including non-uniform fading and color changes resulting from unequal exposure
of panels to the sun and elements.) For the purpose hereof, the term "normal weathering" means exposure to ultraviolet (sun) light, and extremes of temperature and atmosphere
which will cause any colored or painted surface to fade, darken, chalk or acquire a surface accumulation of dirt or stains. The severity of these conditions depends on air quality, the
geographic location of the property at which the Products are installed, and other local conditions over which Barrette has no control. Barrette shall not be liable for and this warranty
does not apply or extend to any failure, defects or damages arising from or connected with, without limitation, misuse, neglect, faulty or improper installation.
This warranty is void if structural parts and components not supplied by Barrette are used. Failure, damage, defects or malfunctions resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, alter-
ation, accident, lack of proper maintenance, impact of foreign objects, hail, tornado, hurricane, other violent storm, flood, fire, pollutants, chemicals, acts of God and other causes be-
yond Barrette's control shall not be considered defects under this warranty and are not covered in any way by this warranty. Barrette shall not be liable for inconvenience, labor, loss
of time, maintenance, removal or reinstallation of the Products or other incidental, special or consequential damages arising in relation to the purchase or use of the Product. This
warranty is void if the surface of the Product is covered with paint or any other foreign material, other than as specifically directed in the owners manual included with the Product.
The 10 Year Limited Warranty-Non-Commercial Applications coverage provided by this warranty is extended to cover individuals who are using the Products as homeowners and
does not extend to Products purchased by or installed upon property owned by and other entities, including, without limitation, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, govern-
mental agencies or bodies, religious organizations, schools, condominiums, or co-operative housing arrangements, or installed on apartment buildings or any other multi-housing
arrangements.
This warranty becomes valid only after the product warranty card has been submitted to Barrette within 30 days of installation. The warranty can also be activated by contacting the
Barrette Customer Care Center at 1-877-362-3409.
Warranty Claims:
The owner must give prompt notice of any defects to obtain warranty service. Should the Products contain a manufacturing defect promptly contact the Barrette Customer Care Cen-
ter at 1-877-362-3409 or by mail at Barrette, 7830 Freeway Circle, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130 to register the claim with a customer care representative. Barrette will require
proof of purchase, Product serial number and a clear photograph of the defective part(s) (or actual part(s) if requested). Barrette will, at its option, repair or replace such defective
part(s) free of charge, including freight charges within North America. Barrette's shipping service will deliver parts under this warranty within 8 to 10 business days. This warranty is
not applicable outside North America. In order to ensure warranty coverage you must register your Product within 30 days of purchase. Warranty registration can be accomplished by
calling 1-877-362-3409 or by mailing in the completed Product warranty card.
Shipping Instructions:
If requested for inspection, defective parts must be shipped to Barrette Customer Care Center, shipping address will be provided upon approval. Please include the following informa-
tion in the package: full name, home address, telephone number, Product model number and part number. When returning product please use an insured method of delivery such as
Fed Ex insured accordingly, with the signature option on, or your preferred courier service. You must pay for return shipment, as we will not accept C.O.D. returns or any additional
shipping charges, which may occur when packages are entering into the U.S.A.
Barrette reserves the right to discontinue or change any of its Products, including colors, without giving notice to the purchaser. Should a Product covered by this warranty be un-
available, Barrette reserves the right to substitute a Product that is of equal quality according to Barrette's sole discretion or to refund the portion of the original price for defective part
of the Product reflective of its original contribution to the cost of the Product.
THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, LIABILITES OR OBLIGATIONS OF BARRETTE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT THE DURATION
OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. BARRETTE
SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS WRITTEN OR ORAL OR IMPLIED
WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS. YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE ENFORCEMENT OF THIS WARRANTY UPON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN CONTAINED. NO REPRE-
SENTATIVE OF BARRETTE OR ITS DISTRBUTORS OR DEALERS IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY CHANGE OR MODIFICATION TO THIS WARRANTY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitations contained herein above may not apply to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the
exclusion or limitation on consequential or special damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
also have other rights, all of which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
