"GLACIER-II" PLOW FRAME

FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
PIVOT ASSEMBLY :
1. Remove the nut retaining the pivot to frame.
2. Insert the hex bolt (#13) and screw the
M6 X 40mm
nut (#21) as illustrated.
3. Fasten the pull bar (#3) to the pivot using a
hex bolt (#17) and a
M10 X 45mm
(#25).
4. Fasten the adjustable blade stops (#8) to the pivot

using
(2) M10 X 35mm
nylock nuts (#25).

FRAME ASSEMBLY :
5. Insert a
M6 X 25mm
fasten using a nylock nut (#23).

6. Fasten the latch (#2) to frame using a
bolt (#15) and a
M8
of the exhaust spring (#10) to latch (#2).
NOTE : Do not overtighten. The latch (#2) should
be free to rotate.
7. Fasten the end of the spring (#10) to the
bolt (#12) installed in step 5. Fasten the spring (#10)
using the nylock nut (#23).
