Fasten the VALANCE (L) to the LOWER SHELF (E). Use three

BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the ANGLE
BRACKETS on the LOWER SHELF and into the VALANCE.
NOTE: There are no pre-drilled holes in the VALANCE. The

SCREWS will tighten into the groove.
