Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electrical

Do not place the appliance near a naked flame, hot gas or electric
burners, or any appliances generating heat.
•
Always remove the plug safely from the socket after use. Do not
pull from the cord.
•
Ensure that all packaging is removed before use.
Appliance specific safety instructions
•
Always use the handles provided. Do not touch the hot surfaces of
the appliance.
•
Keep the appliance clean at all times as it comes into contact with
food.
•
Exercise care when handling oil as oil is highly flammable and can
cause injury.
•
Avoid using sharp objects such as knives and forks to cut food on
the appliance as it will damage the grill plate surface.
•
Always keep the unit at a safe distance of at least 30 cm from
flammable objects such as furniture, curtains etc. when it is in use.
•
Allow sufficient space around the appliance for ventilation
purposes. We recommend at least 10cm from any walls/objects.
•
Only use the appliance thermostat supplied.
