This guide contains instructions and warnings
that must be followed when installing and
using the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment
(EVSE). Before installing or using the EVSE,
read this entire guide including the WARNING
and CAUTION markings.

The following are some of the safety icons
used in the user guide:
CAUTION: RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY
WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
DANGER: RISK OF FIRE OR EXPLOSION
CAUTION: RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE
EQUIPMENT
The following color-codes of the safety
icons depict the severity of the warnings or
cautions:
Red: Severe risk of death or serious
injury if hazard is not avoided or mitigated
immediately.
Orange: Potential hazard of death or
serious injury if hazard is not avoided.
Yellow: Potentially hazardous situation. If
the hazard is not avoided, minor or moderate
injury could occur.
Blue: Risk of damage to the equipment.
The information in this guide does not exempt
the user from following all applicable codes or
safety standards.
This guide provides instructions for the
Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) and
should not be used for any other product.
Repair and Maintenance
Only licensed electricians can fix or

repair this equipment. General users
Safety Instructions
should not attempt to fix, repair, or
adjust it.
Always turn off the input power before
-
repairing or maintaining this equipment.
Federal Communication Commission (FCC)
Interference Statement
This equipment complies with part 15 of
the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) This equipment
may not cause harmful interference, and (2)
this equipment must accept any interference
received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and
complies with the limits for a Class B
digital device, according to Part 15 of the
FCC rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses, and can
radiate radio frequency energy. However, if
it is not installed and used in accordance
with the instructions, it may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. There
is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this
equipment causes harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be
determined by turning the equipment off
and on, the user should try to correct the
interference by performing one or more of the
following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving

Increase the separation between the

Connect the equipment into an outlet
