ATTENTION : There exist 3 possibilities for mounting the strike depending on offset of the door (D)
- WITHOUT SHIM: D = 27 to 42 mm
- WITH SHIM A: D = 42 to 82 mm
- WITH SHIM B: D = 77 to 152 mm

I - DRILLING OF THE DOOR AND FRAME (Fig. 3-4 + 5)

II - MOUTING OF PART ONTO THE DOOR (Fig. 1-6 + 11)

- Fix ext. base plate (2), fix housing (1) on plate (2) with screws (9) 5 Hex.key 5mm)

- From the inside, introduce det. (4) in the Ø 33 hole and fix it on housing (1)

- Cut the PVC tube (3) : Length : E (E = door thickness) and introduce it in the Ø 33 hole. 4 standard
lengthes : 60 - 80 - 120 - 140 mm)

- Cut the push piece (5): length = E + 14 mm and introduce same in Bushing (4) 54 standard lengthes : 77 -
97 - 137 - 157 mm)

- Fix internal plate (20) with seal (26) at 30 degrees from vertical pin (Fig. 5) with 3 hex. screws Ø 6 and
wahsers Ø 6. Fix cap (8).
III - PRE ADJUSTMENT OF STRIKE ACCORDING TO DOOR OFFSET AND
THICKNESS OF SHIM
Set height of roller as per dimension (Y) Fig. 8-9 + 10
Dimension (Y) is obtained according to following formula:
A: without Shim: Y = D - 11 mm
B: with Shim
: Y = (D - 11 mm) minus height of shim (Z)
Y is obtained by means of 2 washers of 5 mm (12) and 5 washers of 1 mm (13) located on top and under the roller
(14) allowing an adjustment of 15 mm, millimeter per millimeter.
