3 packets of vanilla sugar

melted butter
2 cubes of fresh yeast
650 g of
crystal sugar
1 cup of
lukewarm milk

Add the flour with the vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix the ingredients thor-
oughly.

Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in lukewarm milk.

Add the eggs, milk (including yeast) and the melted butter to the flour and
mix it properly (about 1 minute).

Cover the dough and allow it to rise for half an hour in a warm place.
5.
Then mix the 650 g crystal sugar to the dough.

Then bake the waffles directly in the waffle maker.
