Connect the pressure pipe (DN100)
If necessary, install shut-off valve (1) (option).
Connect the pressure pipe (2) either vertically at the out-
let connection (3), or horizontally at the shut-off valve (1).

Fixing the tank on the floor
Only use the screws (2) supplied to fix the mounting
bracket on the wastewater tank.
Other screws can cause leaks in the tank.
Fix the mounting bracket (1) at the four points (two points
for Mono systems) on the wastewater tank.
Screw the mounting bracket onto the floor using the fixing
material (3) supplied (pull-out strength at least 0.9kN).
The screws included in the scope of delivery are
designed for concrete floors (B25, 0.9kN pull-out
strength).

Installing the control unit
Install the control unit as described in the operating and maintenance instructions for the control unit.
During installation, connect the electrical connections of the pump(s) and the pressure sensor connection (alternatively
other level detection) to the control unit.

The connection lengths (cable, pressure pipe) can be extended as follows:
Float switch and level sensor

Pump(s)
Enter the system parameters at the control unit
After initialising the control unit, enter the following system parameters.
Control unit, KESSEL Aqualift F Comfort 230V
Type: Aqualift lifting station F xxx l (xxx = tank volume)
Pump type: as stated on the type plate
Control unit: KESSEL Aqualift F Standard 400V
Select the suitable system in Menu 3.6 Performance variable.
