4.2. Configure IP Address of Your Computer manually

The default management IP address of the ADSL Router is 192.168.1.1. For
example, you can set the IP address of your computer to 192.168.1.2.
1.1 Configure the TCP/IP protocol stack on your computer to assign an IP address.
To do so with a PC running Windows 9x or NT, select Start > Settings >
Control Panel > and double click on Network.
1.2 Select the Configuration tab at the top of the dialog.
1.3 From the list of network components, select TCP/IP Ethernet Adapter.
1.4 Click on the Properties button.
1.5 Select the IP Address tab.
1.6 Make sure Specify an IP Address is selected and enter IP Address 192.168.1.2
and Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0.
1.7 Click OK as needed to confirm your settings, and reboot your computer if
necessary.
