Only use original parts as replacement parts, especially with safety mechanisms and cutting tools.
You must change out both carbon brushes at the same time with the help of technician.

SOLUTIONS
Check the power supplier
and the power line.
Allow the machine to run idle for
about 2 minutes so that it can cool down.
Change out both carbon brushes
(Changing out carbon brushes).
Tighten all screws.
Mount the grinder correctly
(Installing the tool).
Secure the workpiece
(i. e. on a workbench).
