Maintenance and care
Maintenance and servicing work must always
be carried out when the equipment has cooled
down and has been disconnected from the
power supply.
Dust should be removed from the ironing board
on a monthly basis to guarantee the ventilation
function.

Disposal
Please do not dispose of the device in
the household waste.
Should you need to dispose of your
appliance, it should first be rendered unusable
(e.g. by cutting off the cord and the plug) and then
disposed of in accordance with current regula-
tions.
Your local authority will be able to provide you
with the necessary information.
Dispose of packaging appropriately.

Warranty

Leifheit AG warrantees this quality product for a
period of 5 years from the date of purchase (for
orders from the date of receipt of the goods).
Warranty claims within the warranty period
must be asserted immediately after the defect
occurs. The warranty extends to the properties
of the products.
Excluded from the warranty are:
1. Wear defects that are related to use or other
natural causes.
2. Damage caused by improper use or handling
(e.g. impact, shock, fall).
3. Damage caused by not observing the stated
perating instructions.
In the event of a warranty claim, Leifheit will,
at its own discretion, either repair defective
parts or replace the product.
If a repair cannot be carried out and a technically
identical product is no longer available in the
product range as a replacement, you will receive
a replacement product that is as close as pos-
sible to the original product.
A refund of the purchase price is not possible
in the event of a warranty claim. This warranty
does not grant any right to claim for damages.
