BAT TERY
Our quartz watches are powered by bat-
teries. Weak or dead batteries should be
replaced immediately by qualified trained
persons. Weak or dead batteries may
leak fluids that can damage the movement.
OPER ATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please refer to the illustrations I to V on
page 02/03 for the following instructions.
I. Setting the Time with the crown
— Pull out the crown to position C. Turn
the crown until the hour and minute
hands have reached the desired time.
— Push the crown back into position A.
II. Setting the Date (for select models)
— Pull the crown to position C. Turn the
crown until the correct day appears.
If you are setting the date in the after-
noon continue turning the crown so
the watch registers that it is the afternoon.

— Pull out the crown to position B. Turn
the crown until the date of the previous
day appears. If you're setting the time
in the afternoon, add 12 hours.
— Push the crown back into position A.
III. Setting the Time from the Case Back
Gently insert a ballpoint pen into the small
hole located in the center of the case
back. Press until the desired time is reached.
IV. Changing Straps
To remove the strap
— Gently pull the spring clip and lift the
strap out
To insert the new strap
— Place one end of the new strap into the
slot.
— Gently pull the spring clip and insert the
other end into the remaining slot.
— Release the spring clip until it clicks.
— Gently pull the straps to make sure that
they are attached properly.
