In the event of any manufacturing or
material defects arising in a watch bought
from an authorized retailer, Swarovski
offers an international limited warranty,
which applies to manufacturing and
material defects arising during normal use,
for a period of two years from the date
of purchase.
The Swarovski warranty does not apply
to watches which are judged by Swarovski
to have been subject to misuse, modifi-
cation, attempted repair, negligence, incor-
rect use, normal wear and tear or an
accident, nor to parts subject to wear such
as watch straps and batteries.

The warranty and associated services
are sole and exclusive. The statutory legal
rights of the end customer under the
applicable national law relating to the
purchase of consumer goods are
not affected by the warranty. Under no
circumstances can Swarovski be held
liable for any other damage caused by
Swarovski products.
To make a claim under our warranty
service, please take the defective watch,
in its original packaging and with the
receipt, to your authorized Swarovski
retailer.
