Flexible hoses
Testing for leaks

If you are using flexible hoses, make sure that:
• the hoses do not become trapped or squashed
• the hoses are not subjected to pulling or turning
forces
• the hoses do not come into contact with cutting
edges or sharp edges, for example
• the hoses do not come into contact with parts
which can heat up to over 70 °C above room tem-
perature
Make sure that the full length of the hoses is
accessible for inspection
Once the gas line is connected, test the connection
for leaks with soapy water.
