„ Place the probe tip provided on the end of the probe.
„ Connect the probe to the + terminal of the installation tester (specific 3-point
terminal). The
„ Connect a red safety lead provided with the instrument to the COM terminal.
„ Connect the red lead to the ground of the device to be tested and place the probe
tip on the other side of the device.

Attention: The object to be tested must not be live.
There is no need to press a button to start a resistance or continuity measurement.
For an insulation measurement, press the TEST button and hold it down until the
measurement is stable.
With the C.A 6133 and the MX 535, at the end of a measurement, you can record
it by pressing the MEM key.
For details of the measurement configuration, technical characteristics, er-
ror messages and memorisation, refer to the user manual of the C.A 6131,
C.A 6133 or MX535.
When the measurements are over, disconnect the probe from the instrument.
