Oil leaking from cylinder. Replace seals or fittings as required.

Check hydraulic system and
bleed if necessary.

Exceeded capacity of Crane.
Reduce weight of load or use a
crane with a greater weight
capacity.
3.
Check cylinder for damage.
Remove defective part and repair.
4.
Cylinder ram is bent. Replace ram
and seals.
