Safety Rules
The explosionproof tube lights tL**tb are used in
hazardous areas designated Zones 21 as per
IEC 60079-10-2 for non-conductive dusts in
Group IIIC.
Operate the tube lights TL**tb only for their
intended duty and when in an undamaged
and clean condition, and only where the
enclosure material (see annexe) is capable of
withstanding the ambient conditions.
The following warnings shall be affixed to the
machine lamp:
WARNING - DO NOT OPEN INSIDE THE HAZ-
ARDOUS AREA
WARNING - DO NOT OPEN WHEN ENER-
GIZED
In the event of incorrect assembly, the degree of
protection IP 66 as per IEC 60529 will no longer
be assured.
The LED tubes of the lamps may only be
replaced outside the hazardous area.
