The unit can take the following statuses:
STANDBY: The unit is ready to start a cycle.
Self diagnostics are active.
CYCLE: The unit enters in this status with the Start command that is only accepted
for machine in standby and door closed.
The cycle starts and the various phases are successively executed. Self
diagnostics and controls are active. The display shows the current value of
the temperature.
BLOCK: The internal diagnostics has detected an anomaly involving the block of
the operation; the cycle is interrupted and the door remains blocked. The
anomaly is signaled with the red Led (
waiting for the door unblock procedure allowing the return in Standby state
(see door unblocking procedure).
Insert the instruments to be washed by carefully positioning them in the special holders
and tray.

The objects must not overlapped.

Position the objects so as to avoid deposit of water inside or on its external
surface.

Arrange high and heavy objects in the centre of the basket to facilitate the
washing.
ARRANGE THE OBJECTS SO THAT THEY DO NOT BLOCK THE
WASHING ARMS; CHECK THAT THEY CAN TURN FREELY.

disinfection of hollow
instruments must take place
both outside and inside the
cavity. To this purpose, the
basket is equipped with
special accessories in
which the handpieces and
turbines can be plugged.
For the washing of pipes,
fittings of different diameter
are available.

ASH THESE FILTERS WEEKLY OR REPLACE THEM
The program for the correct washing and thermo-disinfection of straight and angled
handpieces and turbines includes:
- washing at 65°C with neuter PH detergent and free of mineral substances.
- thermo-disinfection at temperature of 90°C (93° as option) for 1 minute, with
the addition of additive to eliminate traces of water residue.
The suggested chemical products are:
MEDICLEAN, neuter PH detergent.
