WARRANTY

Two years for all parts of the system except the
filters.
The PI filter cartridge and limescale filter pad
have a limited warranty period of 30 days.
The warranty will only be honoured with a valid
proof of purchase.

LIABILITY

MAUNAWAI GmbH in particular accepts no liability
for events unrelated to the MAUNAWAI® water
system.
In the event of improper use, all guarantees and
warranty claims become null and void.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The water in the filling reservoir flows past
the filters into the storage reservoir.
Possible cause:
1. The PI filter cartridge is not correctly located
in the reservoir and water can flow past the
seals without being filtered.
2. The silicone seal under the top of the PI filter
cartridge is not fitted evenly.
Suggested solutions:
1. Push the PI filter cartridge firmly enough into
the filling reservoir to make sure that the silicone
seal is located between the filter and the reser-
voir.
2. Remove the silicone seal and fit it again pro-
perly.
The water only flows very slowly (more than
20 minutes per litre) through the cartridge, or
not at all.
Possible cause:
1. There is air under the limescale filter pad and
in the PI filter cartridge.
2. The activated carbon in the upper compartment
of the cartridge can start to stick together and
thus form a plug so that water can´t flow through.
