POWERMAX600 50 FOOT (15 M) WORK LEAD
Remove the old work lead
1. Disconnect the electrical power and gas supply.
2. Remove the power supply cover.
3. Remove the old work lead and strain relief from the power supply.
Install the new work lead
1. Install the strain relief (A) on the power supply and secure with nut (B). Do not tighten the strain relief collar (E)
at this time.
2. Route the work lead (C) through the strain relief.
3. Tie a knot (D) in the end of the work lead.
4. Tighten the strain relief collar (E) onto the lead.
5. Connect the work lead to the terminal block (F). Tighten the terminal block screw to
10 in-lb (12 kg cm) of torque.
Caution:
6. Replace the power supply cover and reconnect the electrical power and gas supply.

This is a high current connection. Proper torque is critical.
