Start from your feet and work upwards, move the brush from the soles of
the feet and up the legs with long sweeping motions.
•
When you reach the top of the legs, start to use circular motions and
continue over the buttocks and around the abdomen.
•
When brushing the upper back and the chest, use small strokes and stoke in
the direction towards the heart.
•
Lastly, finish with the hands and arms. Start at the palm of the hand and
work up the arms with light strokes finishing at the shoulder.
, TIP: the elbows and knees can be drier than other areas so you may wish to
spend a little more time on those areas.
, NOTE: for sensitive areas, apply less pressure.

After dry body brushing, take a shower and finish by applying a body oil or
lotion for soft, radiant skin.
, BODY POLISHER
•
The Body Polisher is perfect for use in the shower for gentle exfoliation and
a deep cleanse.
•
The Body Polisher is not recommended for dry use.
•
For best results, use the Body Polisher with your favourite shower gel or
body wash.
, Note: Avoid any products containing harsh chemicals or rough particles.
•
Ensure the brush is switched off.
•
Moisten the bristles of the brush.
•
Dampen your skin with water and apply shower gel or body wash directly
onto the brush.
•
Switch on using the On/Off button.
•
Select the speed:
•
The Body Brush will automatically start on speed 1.
•
Press the button again for speed 2
, TIP: When changing brush heads, test each head on different speeds to
identify which is most comfortable for you.
•
Gently glide the brush over the skin in circular motions to create a rich
lather then rinse off under the shower.
, NOTE: Try to avoid applying too much pressure with the brush when
directly on the skin. If this happens the brush will automatically stop its
cycle and switch off. This is perfectly normal and helps to ensure a
comfortable treatment. The body brush can be restarted by pressing the
On/Off switch.
