Contraindications

_ Known incompatibilities with the components

Cutting Out and Processing
▷ Use cross-toothed tungsten carbide cutters or cutting discs suitable
for plastic, for cutting out and processing constructions from the
blank.
▷ Carefully polish the surface to a high gloss.
▷ To avoid fitting inaccuracies after the construction has been manu-
factured: Prevent intense heat generation during processing and
polishing.
Expanding
Constructions made of Ceramill A-Splint can be reconstructed and
supplemented at any time with all commercially available cold-curing
polymers based on MMA.
▷ Condition the surface beforehand, preferably with a comparable
bonding agent on the basis of MMA.
▷ Follow the manufacturer's instructions of the expansion-material
supplier.
