Add a new user:
• Click [Add]
• In the mask "Add user" enter:
• User name
• Password
• Repeat password
• Description (optional)
• E-mail address (optional)
• Language
• User group
• Click [OK] to finish
Create device list and prepare for display
• The web server monitors only the device listed in the device list.
• A powered Synco device or central bus power supply at a minimum
must be on the KNX bus to enable communications.

From the primary navigation (above), select "Device web pages"
(the device list is visible; the web server already appears in the
device list).

Add new device: Click [Add]

Enter Serial number (located on the type plate as KNX-ID for the
corresponding device). Finish with [OK].
10. The web server searches for the corresponding KNX device. It
appears in the device list.
11. Check the box for all devices in the device list
12. Click [Generate] and wait until the message "Process finished"
appears. This may take a few minutes.
13. In the device list, the web server and the device display the status
"Generated".
Web server settings
• The following settings are made depending on the given application.
• Edit settings: Click the red pencil symbol .
14. From the primary navigation (above), select "Home":

Router settings
• The settings are required to access the web server outside the PC
network. The router must be commissioned in accordance with the
network operator's data and per the router's manual.

26. To ensure external access, the PAT/NAT must be enabled for the
web server in the router .
27. Moreover, the DynDNS settings are required on the router, when
the router is operated on the WAN side with a dynamic IP ad-
dress.
Local operator station settings
• The settings are required to operate an operator station (PC/Laptop)
using the web browser on the LAN.

28. The operator station IP address must be set to the same sub
network as the web server. The IP address must be manually is-
sued when there is no DHCP server on the network (e.g. point-to-
point connection via Ethernet).
Final steps
29. Unplug USB cable
30. Switch off message inhibition and addressing mode
• Remove the cover
• Switch 8 must be set to OFF
• Red addressing mode LED
• Remount the cover
31. Press button

• The web server sends a system report to the defined message
receivers.
• Communications errors are displayed on the red fault LED 4
(flashing).
