Instruction for Assembly
1. Lay bar/upright construction on the ground with guide rail showing upwards.
2. Push nuts already fixed in the bar to the outside, lay on upper (long) hinges at bar/ upright with 2 faste-
ning borings, adjust and fix with machine screws M 8x16. Consider that the inclined sides of the hinges
point to the goal inside.
3. Push 1 aluminium nut each in the guide rail of the upright. Lay on lower (short) hinges with 1 fastening
boring and fix with machine screws M 8x16. Please consider that the borings holding the hoops point to
the upright's end.
4. Beat caps in the upright, then adjust hinges and tighten fixing screws. Please consider that hinges are
even with caps.
5. Fix net hoop at the top (1st borehole seen from bar/uprights) with machine screws M 8x60, washer and
self-locking nuts M 8.
6. Fix net hoop (at the bottom) with slotted countersunk head screws, washers and self-locking nuts M 8.
7. Beat 1 plastic cap each in the net hoop ends (at the back of square tube).
8. A 2nd borehole is added in the upper hinges so that the net hoops cannot fold. Push net hoops to the
outside so that the boreholes of the hinge and the net hoops are flush. Apply from above machine screw
M 8x60, from below washer and screw wing nut.
9. Stick ring nuts from goal inside through boreholes in the net hoop (top). Fix with washers and self locking
nuts M 6.
10. A cord is attached to the net which has to be divided in the centre. Tense one part between both ring
nuts of the net hoops (top) and knot it well.
11. Hang net over the hoops and fix it at the bar with 8 safety system net holders and at the upright with
6 net holders each.
12. Mounting of safety system net holders:
a. Distribute net holders equally and consider that, at the top and at the bottom, 1 net holder each is
installed directly beside the hinges.
b. Bend up net holders and press cord of the net in it.
c. After installation of all net holders stick them in the guide rail of the goal and fix them with a 90 de-
grees' rotation.
d. Dismantling of the net is also done by rotation of the net holders through 90 degrees.
13. Fix net at the bottom at each side of the net hoops with 3 cable clips.
14. Stick ring nuts from goal inside through boreholes in the net hoop (top). Fix with washers and self locking
nuts M 6.
15. A cord is attached to the net which has to be divided in the centre. Tense one part between both ring
nuts of the net hoops (top) and knot it well.
16. In order to save space during storage unscrew wing nuts and screws at the top of the hinges. Now the net
hoops can be folded. Then mount again wing nuts and screws so that they don't get lost.
