6. ELECTROCHEMICAL MARKING
In addition to its use for cleaning and polishing welds, the machine can be used for electrochemical marking of stainless
steel. With this function any logo can be marked instantaneously onto metal (stainless steel). The machine causes stabilized
oxidation of stainless steel that is permanently indelible. The electrochemical process is based on the electrolysis of neutral
solutions, which are neither corrosive or irritant. It is possible to obtain darker and bolder marks positioning the operating
knob (10) working in alternate current (black line) or lighter marks working in direct current (white line).
Pay attention: marking function require the use of a special Kit "Marking Kit" (Pictures C) (composed by electrolytic
solutions, insert and special felts, specific for this function) with a marking screen (40) personalized with
customer logo.
To buy the "Marking Kit" (Picture C) and marking screens you can directly contact N

ARKING GRAPHITE INSERTS INSTALLATION
1. Unscrew the screw (34) situated on the handgrip (33) with the 2,5mm Allen Key.
2. Install the graphite insert (35) on the handgrip (33) and fix it with the 2,5mm Allen Key.
6.3. M
ARKING FELTS INSTALLATION
1. Put the marking felt (36) on the graphite insert (35) so that it will be all covered.
2. Fix the marking felt (36) to the graphite insert (35) using the O-ring (37).
Pay attention: in case the marking felt (36) is not properly fixed the following situations can arise:
short-circuit due to the contact between the graphite insert (35) and the workpiece .
the marking screen (40) can be damaged by the contact with a corner of the graphite insert (35).
