D ISPOSITIVI DI PROTEZIONE INTEGRATI NELLA MACCHINA ROTEZIONE TERMICA La macchina è protetta da un apposito dispositivo opportunamente posizionato che entra in azione in caso di un surriscaldamento accidentale dell’inverter. La tabella seguente suggerisce i livelli di potenza nei quali è possibile lavorare in base alle dimensioni degli inserti e dei tamponi installati sulla torcia (1). -

CLINOX POWER 4.6.3. R EGOLAZIONE DELLA POMPA (pomello 13) Attenzione: la pompa della macchina viene collaudata utilizzando un liquido specifico. Durante il primo utilizzo, prima di iniziare la lavorazione accertarsi che il prodotto che fuoriesce sia l’elettrolita per la pulizia (più denso alla vista), pertanto prima di procedere nella lavorazione attendere la fuoriuscita di eventuali residui del liquido di collaudo (1-2 minuti). -

CLINOX POWER 6. MARCATURA ELETTROCHIMICA OPTIONAL La macchina dispone, oltre che delle funzioni di pulizia e lucidatura, anche della funzione di marcatura elettrochimica dell’acciaio inox. Tramite questa funzione è possibile imprimere istantaneamente sul metallo (acciaio inox) qualunque logo desiderato. Il principio elettrochimico si realizza attraverso l’elettrolisi di liquidi neutri che non sono né corrosivi né irritanti. -

The CLINOX POWER is a machine for the surface cleaning of stainless steel and it can be employed with a high degree of safety on condition that all safety standards, common sense, Manufacturer's instructions and established legislation are observed. -

CLINOX POWER 2.2. P ROTECTION DEVICES HERMAL PROTECTION The unit is protected by a special device which starts operating in case of accidental overheating of the inverter. After the intervention of this device, the machine automatically stops working. When the temperature of the inverter is again within the normal values, the unit automatically starts supplying electrical power. -

CLINOX POWER 4.6.3 P UMP REGULATION (pump knob - 13) Pay attention: the machine's pump is tested with a special fluid. When using the machine for the first time, make sure before starting work that the fluid delivered by the machine is electrolytic solution (more dense), and allow any residue of the test fluid to run out of the machine first (1-2 minutes). -

CLINOX POWER 6. ELECTROCHEMICAL MARKING OPTIONAL In addition to its use for cleaning and polishing welds, the machine can be used for electrochemical marking of stainless steel. With this function any logo can be marked instantaneously onto metal (stainless steel). The machine causes stabilized oxidation of stainless steel that is permanently indelible. -

CLINOX POWER 6. MARQUAGE ELECTROCHIMIQUE OPTIONAL Outre les fonctions de décapage et de polissage, la machine dispose également de la fonction de marquage électrochimique sur acier inox (zone rouge). Cette fonction permet d'imprimer instantanément sur le métal (acier inox) tout logo. Le principe électrochimique repose sur l'électrolyse de liquides neutres non corrosifs ni irritants. -

CLINOX POWER 4.6.3. E INSTELLEN DER UMPE (Knopf 13) Warnung: Die Pumpe der Maschine wird unter Verwendung einer spezifischen Flüssigkeit getestet. Bei der ersten Benutzung, vor Beginn der Arbeiten, sicherstellen, dass das Produkt, das austritt, Elektrolyt zur Reinigung ist (augenscheinlich dichter), daher, vor Beginn der Bearbeitung warten bis die eventuelle Test-Restflüssigkeit ausgetreten ist (1-2 Minuten). -

CLINOX POWER 5.7. R EINIGEN OLIEREN Bei Gebrauch des kleinen Brenners (23) des “Clean & Brill Kits” ist das Dampfabsorptionssystem Warnung: deaktiviert. In diesem Fall muss die Maschine immer mit einem ausreichenden Absaug-System betrieben werden (Kap.2). 1. ELEKTROCHEMISCHE KENNZEICHNUNG (OPTIONAL) Die Maschine hat nicht nur die Funktion der Reinigung und Politur, sondern auch die Funktion der elektrochemische Kennzeichnung für Edelstahl. Mit dieser Funktion kann sofort jedes gewünschte Logo auf Metall (Edelstahl) geprägt werden. Das elektrochemische Prinzip wird durch die Elektrolyse von neutralen Flüssigkeiten erreicht, die weder ätzend noch hautreizend sind. -
