5. OPERATIONS WITH CLEAN& BRILL KIT SMALL TORCH
For cleaning/polishing of small parts and internal corners which may be hard to reach with the suction torch (1), it is possible to
buy a special kit (Clean & Brill Kit).
Components of "Clean & Brill Kit" (Picture B):
Nr. 1 small torch (23)
Nr. 1 small torch support (25)
Nr. 1 extension for torch support (26)
Nr. 1 small torch power cable (31)
Graphite insert for polishing and cleaning:
Nr. 1 standard Tig bond insert (27a)
Nr. 1 narrow Tig bond insert (27b)
Clinox brush
Nr. 1 brush for cleaning/polishing (32)
Pay attention:
during the use of the small torch (23), the automation functions of the pump and vapor abatement
system are disabled.
When using the "Clean & Brill Kit" it is always necessary to work with an adequate extraction
plant in function (chapter 2).

Insert the extension brush (26) in the torch holder (25).

NSERTS AND BRUSH INSTALLATION
1. Unscrew the screw (29) situated on the torch (23) with the 2,5mm Allen key.
2. Install the insert/brush (27/32) on the torch (23) and fix it with the 2,5mm Allen key (Pictures K1/K2/K5).
Pay attention:
Over the graphite insert/brush (27/32) there is already installed a plastic tube.
Put the plastic tube in its seat on the torch (23).
Pay attention:
POWER BRUSH (32) is ready to work, while it is necessary to install the pad (28) on the graphite
insert (27) before to start the cleaning or polishing operation.
NOTES:
Correct use of the POWER BRUSH (32)
The fibers of the brush should protrude to the max of 15mm compared to the PTFE
spiral. When the first fibers are depleted cut the PTFE spiral shortening of 15mm.

PADS INSTALLATION
The pads are made of a special materials resistant to the acids and high temperatures.
Tig Bond pads (28)
For the installation, put the pad (28) over the insert (27) (Picture K3).
Big Bond pads 35mm (28e)
Put the Big bond pad (28e) on the graphite insert (27e) so that it will be all covered.
Fix the Big Bond (28e) to the graphite insert (27e) using the O-ring (Picture K4).
Pay attention:
If the pad (28e) is not installed correctly may result in the following situation:
short-circuit due to contact between the graphite insert (27e) and the piece to be cleaned / polished.
