3.3 Safe removal of your child

1) Place the car seat in the loading position (Fig. 11).
2) Loosen the harness belts by pressing the quick adjuster (17) and
gently pulling on the pectoral straps, just above the buckle (Fig. 15).
3) Open the buckle, and then remove your child (Fig. 14).

3.4 Uninstall the Mettro Child Car Seat from Hub Base.

1) Press the rotation lever (5) and turn the child car seat to face the
vehicle door (Fig. 11).
2) Pull the seat release strap (4) and lift the child car seat (Fig. 13). The
car seat is now released from the base.

USE OF THE NEWBORN INSERT

The newborn insert must be used for better protection and comfort for
newborn babies. It must be removed when the child is over 87 cm.

USE OF THE METTRO CHILD CAR SEAT
RECLINING SYSTEM
The Mettro Child Car Seat can recline in 4 different positions.
To recline, press the reclining lever (19) as shown in Fig.10 and move
the car seat until the desired reclining position is obtained.

WARNING! BELTS MUST NOT BE TWISTED. IF THIS DOES HAPPEN,
REMOVE YOUR CHILD AND MAKE SURE THE HARNESS IS NO
LONGER TWISTED BEFORE SECURING YOUR CHILD AGAIN.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT OPEN THE BUCKLE BEFORE LOOSENING
THE HARNESS. THIS COULD PREVENT THE CHILD FROM
BREATHING NORMALLY.
IMPORTANT: THE HEAD PART OF THE NEWBORN INSERT MUST
BE ADJUSTED ALONG WITH THE HEADREST.
