PNEUMATIC GREASE GUN 450ml
SPECIFICATIONS
• reduction of the loading distance and concentration of the centre of gravity due to the angular
design of the gun
• 3 loading ways: suction, cartridge (14oz), filler pump
• air vent valve to release excess air.
• lightweight: 1.6 Kg (reduction of fatigue in use)
• working pressure: 40 psi ~ 100 psi (2,78 bar ~ 6,89 bar)
• output pressure: 3600 psi (248 bar)
SUCTION FILLING
1. Remove the upper part of the gun.
2. Submerge the open end of the container tube in a grease bucket about 5
cm deep. Slowly pull the plunger handle and engage the rod in the slot of the
retaining plate.
3. Screw the upper part of the gun back on. Press down on the catch plate and
release the rod. Finally, push the handle down
CARTRIDGE LOADING
1. Unscrew the upper part of the gun.
2. Draw back the handle completely.
3. Insert the cartridge fully into the tube from the open end, then remove the tab or seal.
4. Screw the upper part of the gun back on. Press down on the catch plate and release the piston
rod. Finally, push the handle down.
FILLER PUMP FILLING
1. Draw back the handle completely
2. Connect the gun filling plug to the valve on the filling pump.
3. Pump until the container tube is full.
4. Remove the filling plug from the valve on the filling pump.
5. Press down on the catch plate and release the piston rod. Finally, push the
handle down.
