5. Slide the hitch over the fascia tab on the drivers side and into location between the
vehicle's tie down brackets.
7. Install the 3/8" bolts ⑤ as shown, both sides. Attach the 3/8" lock washers ⑥ and the
3/8" hex nuts ⑦.

6. Install the 5/8 bolts ① and flat washer ④ to the outside of the tie down bracket, both sides as
shown. Attach the 5/8" lock washers ③ and 5/8" hex nuts ②. (Do not tighten at this time.)
8. Tighten all fasteners to the required torque specification. Tighten the 5/8-11 Gr8 ①
fasteners with torque wrench to 212 Lb.-Ft. (287 N*M). Tighten all 3/8-16 Gr8 ⑤ fasteners
with torque wrench to 45 Lb.-Ft. (61 N*M).
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
