4. Align the T-nut of one prepared mounting bracket to the slot along the top of the load bar and slide it into
place. Measure approximately 59" from the end of the load bar and tighten fully.
5. Repeat with the second mounting bracket, leaving approximately 46" between them. Leave loose.
6. Insert the load rollers mounting stud, with washer applied, into the secured mounting bracket. Holding it
with one hand, slide the second mounting bracket over to the load roller, capturing the mounting stud and
washer of the load roller. Apply the nut to the load roller on both mounting brackets.
7. Adjust and center as needed. Fully secure the mounting bracket(s) to the load bar, and then fully tighten
the load roller to the brackets. Roller should move freely, do not over tighten.
8. Complete the assembly by reinstalling the rubber strips, load stops and end caps.
