After Use

CAUTION!
■ Danger of electric shock! Remove the mains plug from the plug socket before doing
any cleaning. Keep the device, the mains cable and the mains plug away from water
or other liquids.
■ Caution: Danger of burns! The device is still hot after it has been switched off.
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads to clean the
device. These could damage the surfaces.
1. Switch the device off and pull the mains plug out of the mains socket.
2. Allow the device to cool down.
3. Remove hair, fl uff or dust from the air outlet and intake opening. To do this, remove
the air inlet grille from the intake opening: To release it, turn it a little anticlockwise.
Insert it again after cleaning.
4. If necessary, wipe down the housing with a slightly damp cloth and dry it with a soft
cloth. If it is heavily soiled, you can use a little detergent to clean the housing.
5. If necessary, the diffuser attachment and the hair-styling nozzle can be cleaned under
running water with a little detergent. Dry all attachments thoroughly before you
attach them to the device!
6. For storage, you can hang the device on the eyelet on the handle. Keep the device
out of the reach of children and animals in a dry, frost-free place that is protected
from the sun.
Do not wind the cable around the device!
