The following describes how to inflate with the supplied hand pump.
4. Set up the pump. Connect the hose to the pump connection.
5. Connect the other end of the hose to the valve on the SUP board.
6. Fix the pump with your feet. Inflate to a positive pressure of 12 to 15 psi (0.8 to 1.0 bar).
7. Unscrew hose from valve. Screw on the valve protection cap.
• The valve is only tight if the protective cap is screwed on tightly.

tube is inserted, the shorter
