CONVERSION OF ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
The appliance is supplied at an operating voltage
400V/3N (indicated on the sticker applied to the da-
taplate); conversion to 230V/3 can be carried out as
described below.
Caution - warning
Before doing any work, cut off the mains elec-
tricity supply.
1 - Remove the panel (A).
2 - Fit the jumper (B) to make the electrical con-
nection of the terminals (C) and (D).
3 - Change the connections of the terminal board
(E) as shown in the diagram.
4 - Replace the panel (A).
5 - Remove the test voltage indicator sticker from
the dataplate and apply the new one to identify
the voltage being used.
Important
On completion of the operation make
sure that there are no malfunctions.

RESETTING THE APPLIANCE

If the safety thermostat is tripped, the appliance has
to be restored to working conditions as follows.

1 - Cut off the mains electricity supply using the ap-
pliance's master switch;

2 - Allow the appliance to cool for about 10 min.
3 - Raise the lid (A).
ES
4 - Turn the handle (B) clockwise to tilt the well and
allow access to the safety thermostat (C).
N.B.: if the appliance is installed in the middle of a bank,
remove the front panel (D) for access to the safety thermo-
stat.
5 - Press the button (E) of the safety thermostat to
restore the electricity supply.
6 - Restore the initial conditions after completing
the operation.
