GENERAL APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION
– The ice cream press PGEL is a manually powered appliance designed and constructed
to press ice cream in spaghetti, tagliatelle or asparagus shapes for human consumption.
– The professional appliance is designed to be installed in catering environments (bars, piz-
zerias, restaurants, etc.). Special training is not required. However, users should have
skills and abilities specific to the catering sector.
Any use other than that indicated by the manufacturer is considered IMPROPER.
– The appliance is constructed with selected materials and appropriate techniques to guar-
antee maximum hygiene, rust resistance, significant energy savings and operating safe-
ty.
– All appliance parts in contact with food products are made of suitable materials.
