Generally speaking, telephone operators publish this information

mobile telephone operator that supplied the SIM.

In this case, use your smartphone to send an SMS to the SIM

- Send the SMS; after a few seconds the module sends an auto-
mated reply containing the text RECEIVED, it then restarts
and connects to the server.
If the APN configuration is unsuccessful, the module replies
NOT CONFIGURED.
