dislodged or damaged blade, loose fixings, and
worn or damaged components.
Check that covers and guards are undamaged and
correctly fitted. Carry out necessary maintenance or
repairs before using.
CLEANING THE CUTTING MECHANISM
The cutting mechanism must be cleaned after each
use.
Clean the exterior of the machine thoroughly using a
soft brush and cloth. Do not use water, solvents or
polishes. Remove all debris, especially from the
ventilation slots .

Remove large dirt particles using a soft brush.

Clean the cutting mechanism using a soft cloth.

Apply a few drops of oil to the cutting mechanism
to avoid oxidation.

Replace the feed funnel on the support.
REPLACING THE BLADES
In case of wear, the blades must be replaced.

Lift the feed funnel from the support as shown.

Remove the Allen screws (14).
The blades have two cutting edges.
When both cutting edges are worn, the blades must
be replaced.

Turn the blades around or replace the old blades
by new blades.

Replace the Allen screws and tighten them firmly.
