The way you will build and maintain your helicopter mechanics will determine the way it will fly and it’s reliability.

You will need to remove it in order to install your electronics, adjust the linkages and proceed with thread lock and bearing sealant application.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Mechanics preparation Préparation de la mécanique In order to remove the main mechanics, you will need then to remove the screws retaining the mechanics in the fuselage. Do not forget to loose the tail boom support screw to be able to push forward the tail boom assembly to free the belt from the font pulley and then pull out the entire assembly.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Main rotor Hub / Hub Rotor principal Disassembly, check and rebuilding the rotor hub The main rotor head is factory assembled without thread lock on the screws and screws are not tightened. You will need to disassemble the rotor head in order to check it and rebuild it as necessary.

Before assembling and installing the flybar cage, do not forget to install the rod ends ! You will need to apply thread lock on the 4 screws of the flybar cage.

Just be careful when tightening the screws in order not to damage the plastic threads Aluminium ball shall also be the screws, in order not to damage the plastic threads.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Washout & Swashplate The washout is a very important part. All cyclic and pitch inputs are mixed by that part. This is why that part must be built with care and frequently checked. A small natural slope can be identified and shall remain.

Lube the one way bearing in the main pulley. Be sure that the tail rotor gearbox and belt are correctly installed.

This could lead to tail malfunction or excessive current draw, early belt wear and difficult tail control (and obviously tail servo prematurate failure).
