Use of the grilling plate and the cooking stone

These two plates can be used to cook all types of food (meats, fish, vegetables, etc.). The food should
be dry so that it does not spit whilst cooking.
1.
Prepare the food. Cut it into small pieces with a maximum thickness of 2 cm.
2.
When cooking meat, remove any excess fat. Preferably choose lean meat.
3.
When the appliance has completely preheated, oil the plates then put the food on them to begin
cooking.
4.
Adjust the temperature by turning the thermostat to the desired setting.
5.
Stir the food so that it cooks evenly.
6.
When the food is cooked, slide it onto plates using a wooden spatula.
Note: the cooking stone takes more time to heat up than the grill plate (about 30 minutes)
and also requires more time to cool down.
Note: you can also use the pans on the grill plate and the cooking stone. However, pay
attention that the pans are always full of food. Never leave an empty pan on the hot plate.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE COOKING STONE
The stone is a single natural object. Small cracks may appear during use. This is normal and does
not affect performance.
After several uses, it is normal for the stone to develop a darker, indelible color.
Don't ever put frozen food on the cooking stone or plates as this can cause thermal shock which damages
the stone or plate.
During use, the stone absorbs a lot of heat so you can switch the appliance off about ten minutes before
the end of the cooking.
